2018年、私はアーティストとして原点に立ち戻るという素晴らしい機会に恵まれました。この年の秋、私は森に出かけ、フィールドスタディーのために滞在し、野外でタペストリーを作りました。現地の植物を採集し織り込み、木の実の汁を直接染め付けました。屋外制作をすることで、自然の摂理の一部に自分が存在していることに気づかされました。私の作った作品も（私同様）生き物で時間とともに朽ち、土に帰っていく準備をすでにどこかでしています。人生の中で自分がどのあたりの地点に今存在し、今何をすべきかを教わりました。

In the autumn of 2018, I had a wonderful chance to return to the origin as an artist.  I went to the woods to stay for a field study and wove a tapestry outdoors.  I collected natural plants there, wove them into a tapestry, and dyed it with the juice of tree nuts directly.  By going into the outdoor activity, I realized that I exist as a part of nature, in the nature's providence.  My work I created was also living (with me), decaying with time and already preparing for returning to the earth. From these outdoor activities I have learned about where I am now in my life and what I should do now.
